Roach, in common with Alan Dennison, was a much -despised heel for years until, as if by magic, all was forgiven and forgotten.

Funny that in these early days Pat Roach was a bad boy not liked by the crowd. Next he's on TV acting, then all of a sudden he's a goody, loved by everyone. Now THAT IS acting!

By the time this bout took place . roach had appeared in TWO Kubrick films; Barry Lyndon and A Clockwork Orange!

Never understood why Big Pat Roach got bood. Shook hands with him at Kings Hall Belle Vue Manchester, when he was wrestling Tony St.Clair. He had hands like shovels. Good man and excellent wrestler and actor. RIP Big Fella. We all love and miss you.

No disrespect intended, but after watching many bouts involving Mike Marino, I am still trying to find one that shows off his great wrestling skills. Not saying that he wasn't an excellent wrestler, because he held his belt for many years, but I'm struggling to find on KZfaq, any excellent bouts from Mike Marino.
