it really is that obvious, such a joke the UFC's policies are for fair and regulated competition. Then again the UFC really isnt anything like the olympics and other world class organizations where they have WADA. USADA has proven they're a joke as well because they couldn't catch obvious cheats like paulo costa, rodolfo viera, francis naganou, kamaru usman tyrone woodley etc etc. They also let jon jones fight with turanibol in his system hahaha and changed the location of an entire venue last minute so they wouldnt have to cancel the main event. Its very obvious they care more about money than fair and transparent competition, seeing this joke of a dude joquin buckely is more proof. it's funny because joquin buckely is a c level fighter who get ktfo very often even while being a blatant PED cheat you literally cant be this pathetic.
