I love your vids! This is so important to me. I'm so glad that you keep stressing practice & recalling good points to pull out for the interview. I used to feel guilty doing this, but now I have a good, solid reason for the mental review. I have lived in a world of constant negativity and trying to pull out all of these things is extremely difficult for me. I literally have to work at thinking positively about my contributions to the previous employers as accomplishments. I was taught not to brag; just do it -- no pats on the back. Goal setting is another skill often pushed to the side, and it is a vital link to time management & mental organization. By emphasizing the necessity of recalling these pluses and really thinking about them for a while, you are showing the significance of preparation. It's just like studying for a test. Thank you for pointing out the two-way street of interviewing. It is just as important for us to know if the prospective employer is really who we want to work with.
