Hi sir I am pl 300 certified power bi developer. I did my certification this year only to save my job as there were pre indicator of layoff. They did 20 dashboards within 30-40 days and then I was on bench for 2 months and then they suddenly called me one day with HR that we are sorry company is going for downsizing...

Love your videos, I started my journey at 2.7 lac per annum at Infy/tcs, it took me 7 jumps and 15 years and a Prod company to reach 1.5 cr+. I never waited long enough for promotions but just did certifications and skilling in projects

I work in the UK actually, so INR converted salary Hai, I am not from NIT or IIT. From a Tier 3 college. But I did an MBA from a good college top 30 in India. But it has taken me 15 years to reach here. Which is a normal salary for many in my team. I didnt want to brag, I just wanted to say it took me a loong time to reach here. I am nothing special, just an average person

High salary with 3 months notice period you will not get interview calls, trial and tested. Skills matter when you give interview, 90% people are getting offers from Service based with low salary. High skilled people are already with high salary and in current market no one is entertaining until unless you are laid off or immediate joiner.

Well said. Nothing is started yet but job market is bottomed in most of western countries. For 1 role 100-200-300 people applying 😂. Salaries are going back. Btw Which service based company has balls to keep 30 -40 lakh salary employee on bench for a month or 2.

Try fake experience, that's the only way. Put some internships and certifications. Join ODIN school or Scaler they will let you place and teach you DSA interview questions and how to write CV. IIT/NIT etc won't matter in off campus. Better not to be picky and take any job 3/4/5 LPA / Software Testing/ Data Analyst

@@FirstnameLastname-cl4op 1) Why aren't you getting any jobs even after NIT ? What about campus placements. 2) Try Backend, Frontend, Testing, Data Science, Devops, .NET, Java developer, Python Developer, Salesforce. So many options. Don't just stick to one profile. You will become Python Developer or Software Tester easily. 3) Just make some fake experience, internships , certifications etc. Most companies want 2-4 years experience so just show them. You will get interviews.

Wait for sometime. Situation is not good if you look at western countries. It takes sometime get impact on outsourcing companies. Dont be shocked if salaries go back to pre COVID level. I am telling you truth i know many people here moved back on salary from 220K$ to 160k$. For service based companies Those who are higher salary will have to work on multiple projects else companies will not be able to afford salary.

Very informative video but just want to point out iitg is very low quality education and their professors are very unprofessional. I dropped out from iitg two years back because I was shocked to see their poor quality. Don’t waste your money with that course.

Kabhi Kabhi lagta hai IT lekar galti kar li. Already 1.5 years se brozgaar hoon. Koi interview call nahi aata. Sab companies 4-5 years ka experience maangti hain . Freshers ko koi leta nahi hai private main. Govt. job nikalti nahi hai IT engineers ki.

@@ayushjhawar9741 Background verification bohut khatarnaak hota hai. Especially big firms. TCS , WIPRO etc ne to freshers off campus band kar di hai hiring. And even small startups are not hiring freshers and expect 4+ years experienced candidates.

i was also on TCS bench, if you are on the bench its Golden opportunity for you can try giving interviews, if got offer letter they will give you 1day resign if bench HR is good.

Tcs hiring is different they hiring as they started 5 days office along with walk in drive for experienced person also people left tcs bcz of this policy and most people are not coming office so they want to fill the gap amd make wfo normal like before breaking their promise of wfh till 2025 thats why tcs is hiri6

Hello sir, Being a Salesforce developer i applied in a MNC company & cleared 2 rounds now just to have the hr round . So my current company doesn't provide any PF , does it create any issues during background verification?. Though i have offer later,pay slip, experience letter. Is PF mandatory as a document for switching to another company? Please, try to help as a senior. It is my humble request to you.

I have also gone through this...give them justified ans that kyu purani company me pf nai Diya jata..agar tumhare reason sahi honge to Maan jate hai..meri case Maine unhe batya tha ki in-hand salary Kam aati thi isliye Maine pf nai karvaya tha and company ki tarf se chiose thi k aapko pf amount chahiya ya nai...to vo log Maan Gaye the lekin form no. 16 jaroor banva Lena....vo bohot jaruri hai. Bhai if the company strength is below 10 employees they won't give you or create your pf account which is normal. Just show your bank statement it will be more than sufficient.

@@raghavsridharbhai agr career gap nhi hai , fresher hu 1 saal ka experience wala , data engineer hu , but domain badalni hai jaise backend developer Java ya node main , toh boht dikkat hogi kya , 8lpa pr hu , kaam mai maza nhi araha hai toh badalne ka soch rha hu domain , but pta nhi company meko lengi bhi kya jb experience nhi hai backend ka aur sirf self learning ki hai , dsa accha tha Mera toh revise kr skta hu , but kya generally log domain switch paatey hai kya IT mai meri jitni package pr

I am a Data Scientist with 2.5 yrs experience and m Data Engineering m aane ka try kr rha hu bcz of less competition and more package..DE bhut sahi line h zyada hi h toh devops seekh le sath m and fir acha promotion mil jayega but I will not suggest to change you the line . Analytics ki line best h abhi ..

Manohar bhai mai fresher data engineer hu , 9-10 months hue hai (2023 batch CSE engg.), company acchi hai aur manager bhi , but soch rha hu backend developer wali job dekhu, kyuki pta nhi kyu lg rha hai ye career mai jyada demand rhegi nhi agey aur kuch khaas Mann nhi lg rha hai kyuki coding/development hai nhi jyada , company kafi chill hai aur fintech hai US ki , so jyada kaam ka load nhi hai but learning bhi nhi hai , abhi switch ka Sochu kya ?, padh toh liya hai springboot, college mai mern pr bhi kaam Kiya tha thoda , but wo industry level ka experience nhi hoga jo aajkl maang rhe hai , dsa kr skta hu , mera package bhi 9-10lpa ho jaega abhi hike ke baad June mai , boht confusion sa ho rha hai ki yhi career/tech mai kaam krna pdega ka ab , kaise kya kru aagey

Sirji, market me nikalne pe pata lg rha hai.... 1st thing Job bahut hai pr unke liye jiske pass skill hai 2nd thing maine interview me analyze kara ki companies(MNCs) ko skill chahiye aur aapki interview 50-50 gyi hai fir v hire aapko karengi agr aapki attitude learning oriented hai, ye baat 3 saal exp ke liye hai aur agr aapki skill bahut achhi hai pr attitude me problem wo aapko hire kabhi nhi krengi.... 3rd thing interview me ab wo logo ka selection nhi hone waala jo kahi se kisi technology ko padh liya... Sirf theory aati hai... Unkii selection chances hai jo kaam kiye hai... Achhi companies(mai yaha service based companies ki baat nhi kr rha) ke Interview me scenario based questions puchhe jaa rhe jiska answer aap kitna bhi theory padh lo... Edtech institute join krlo agr aapne production pe, client environment pe kaam nhi kiyaa hai to aap answer nhi de paoge.
