We are currently recruiting a Project Co-ordinator the Sikh Helpline. This role will be based in West Bromwich and is central to the core function of our service. The successful candidate will take calls through the main Sikh Helpline number and online queries such as email. The successful candidate will then alongside guidance and support decide on the most suitable manner to deal with a call and ensure calls are handled effectively. You will be responsible for the primary contact with callers to the Sikh Helpline. Ensuring calls are handled appropriately and offering the right level of support and advice to callers.
The Project Co-ordinator will work across the Sikh Helpline’s awareness campaigns supporting the team to deliver a high standard of projects to our service users.
