I think the animation for mr.snow is supposed to be like he covers up a button then when he uncovers it, it lights up

Hey, I have one of those Mr. Snow snowmen (the first one you messed with). A green cable that goes from the power button to the circuit board has come out and I have no idea what to do with it. His hips also don't move, but I'm more worried about getting him singing again, can you help?
