Rubbish collection is a municipally task so is street cleaning, everything leads back to Lesufi the premier of Johannesburg, and it doesn’t matter how many committees he forms to investigate the fire, there are underlying issues surrounding the roads and collection services, what is his excuse for not keeping JHB clean? I can’t imagine litigations about basic service provision. Maybe dissolving the municipality is the best idea anyone has ever thought of in taking the city forward. The premier should be jailed for dereliction of duty to the citizens of JHB no matter where they come from. His pretend police helpers are just the start of a terrorist campaign to wipe the biggest city in the country off he map and start a dictatorship.
