Since I have migraines and seizures i constantly need to stay calm when I have one, because well if I’m not calm I get stressed and it could get worse and more severe. I am an insomniac and I've always had trouble sleeping but since I discovered your channel, I've been able to fall asleep in a few minutes instead of many hours. And I'm very grateful for that. The sound effects while wiping off one of the cleansers (“shwoop”) makes me feel like a child again but in a positive way similar to how a parent makes noises while feeding a child. I’m not sure how to describe it but it felt nostalgic and nice :^)

I discovered you a year or so before I was being bullied and was having depressing and even suicidal thoughts. Still am, but just following the rhythm of your voice makes me forget everything.... My mentally abusive father, my social anxiety, my ADHD, everything. Even the people calling me a freak and weird. God, it hurts so much, but you are my therapy. Thank you for existing, love. These videos have done so much for me, helped my anxiety and stress throughout school, hard times, and burnout, helped me to fall asleep during rough nights or when I'm out of town in an unfamiliar place, and helped me to feel truly loved and cared for in times when I don't quite feel that with life. This video in particular has already eased anxiety and stress, and I have a feeling that it'll do much more every time I put it on. Thank you so much Jocie, for this video and so many others that have been lifesavers.

1:08:12 This made me remember that , you were indeed right in the first try Jocie ! That area in your face is in fact a musle , its still the temples/temporalis that's why massage there feel so good , they releases tension and relaxe the muscle in question

I’m so burnt out and exhausted. I jolt awake at the sound of my own heartbeat and get confused when I’m not in my “office” and realize I’m trying to sleep. I am just starting college as a freshman who chose to live in a dorm and I don’t have the same luxuries as I did back home to relive anxiety like baths and long skincare routines. I am so blessed to know about this channel because there has honestly been nothing that can make me wind down quite like this. If you are meditating and this occurs you just let it happen. Meditating isn’t just about controlling your brain. Let yourself think and let your brain wander. Let your thoughts flow through instead of trying to stop it, it’ll create less of stress on trying to focus on only one thing.try listening to frequencies too I suggest 432 hz
