One thing about how my ADHD manifests - songs influence my motivation and focus and alertness. I used to listen to a lot of MIW, Metallica, The Amity Affliction, etc. Approx. 3 mo ago, my wife shared Litany Against Fear with me. It helped me evolve and fear less. At least, I can chant it when I fear something. Anyway - I can't contain myself when I find something I love, so I searched more songs from you. I glanced over the Jocko Willink ones. I knew who Jocko was long before. I can say that you did a great job by adding meaning to music. 🌊 Now I Do, I Go, I get it done, I step every morning. I get through the motion. I got the discipline. I get to see the good in the bad and redirect myself - didnt get the job? Good. I focus on my resume and try again. Last year, I got to see the dark side of the life - I know how dark it can get, and now I appreciate what I have every single day. Every single second. I stopped using excuses because I hate lies. I wanna be the hero of my own story. I feel fine. Thanks Akira for bringing meaning to my life. 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊
