I don't mean to be any way, but seriously he has lost it and or the studio is responsible for his voice on tracks. As a performance it was very lack luster especially when he asks the women to sing it with him and that sounded better with their backing. I love Joe and he was a big part of me exploring r&b more later in the 90s but vocal wise he can't compete now a days. He has a descent voice and artist mind but, literally outclassed by let's say even Craig David. Run of the mill r&b artist around the same time as him. Craig David can actually sing, Joe not so much compared.
