House Democrats are holding emergency talks to discuss the viability of US President Joe Biden's candidacy.
“It seems to me that President Joe Biden has maybe gotten one too many kangaroo kicks to the head,” Mr Stein told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“We can joke and say it’s Parkinson’s, or we can say that he has some sort of mental deficiency, but really, it’s just a stain right now on our entire country.”
