This brought up memories for me from 1985; I was a freshman in college and my Super Creepy manager at McDonald's was repeatedly hitting on me. Did I march up to corporate headquarters and file a complaint?? Of Course Not! Did I even call the regional boss person or human resources? No. I was 17; all I did was quit and get a better job at Garcia's down the street. It happened all the time to women and girls in those days, and I totally believe that Joe did what she said.

1:06:13 - his answer to this is NOT COOL. My ex husband was in law enforcement within the intelligence field, and part of his job was being a LITERAL *expert* at phrasing false statements in such a way that they cannot *legally* be deemed as “false”. He explicitly told me that using “aware of” in denials makes the denial to being “aware” of a thing instead of a denial to having participated in any wrongdoing!! And…Since the “legal” standard of evidence that someone is “aware” of a thing is either having their signed acknowledgment to being informed, or by their own admission, the phrase “aware of” *almost always* converts a lie into something that cannot be legally proven!! Call it a hunch, but “something” tells me Joe’s advisors have explained all of this same stuff to him, too…

The complaint documents that are repeatedly referred to were probably removed and stored with the many, many other documents that he was not supposed to have in his possession. It’s easy to say that a document doesn’t exist if you have taken it out of existence. Even if the complaint documents don’t exist now that is not the same as those documents never existing.

@Alex dfvedas Just to add clarity, the documents that are government related are actually the ones being held by the Senate. The documents that are at the University of Delaware are his personal documents, notes he made over his entire career. So there's journals and stuff like that. The reason that everyone keeps all the paperwork (beyond what is required to be kept by govt. regulations, which is with the Senate) that he's been keeping at UD is for "historical use" and such BS. This is the stuff that fills up biographies and things about politicians as they're coming up. So if Biden really was thinking that he would be president one day, he's been keeping those records for reference when he's writing his book (they all sell books, especially past presidents... and their wives). Hope that helps. Oh, and to be clear, I think he's guilty as heck with the pay for play allegations, and I DEFINITELY believe that something happened between them, all those years ago. My uneducated guess is that the office people, the people who had frozen her out, I think they sent her with the gym bag that day, and kind of did it as a joke or 🖕🏼. If they knew Biden had gotten handsy before, maybe they were just trying to set her up for the awkward encounter, not knowing how far it would go. That's about the only context I could see it happening, but we will never really know. He's not going to admit it, and unless someone else comes forward (and they would have WAY before now), it'll remain he said/she said. I already cast my vote for Trump... Best I can do! Deuces ✌🏼

I’m not American so I really don’t know much about this issue but I believe that if it something that he faced true/false 27 years ago he will remember it and if it’s something that is fake and someone tells that 27 years ago he did this and that, he is already notified about the entire thing and what was said therefore knows that the issue is told to have happened 27 years ago. Not sure if I explain myself.

Actually you’re taking his statement out of context. She had just currently made that accusation about an incident that happened 27 years ago. It was known , at least not by him, that anything was said. I understand you aren’t “fan” but it helps if you’re actually listening fully to what’s being said.

I call this entire situation as selective memory in action. He says he will not address it further, yet the lady feels she needs to move to another country….this is scary, as SHE is scared to stay in the US. It speaks volumes !
