I love it when bluesmen play acoustics, there is real class. Joe is by far the best bluesman of our time.

This entire concert proves again that Dear Joe is in a class all his own. Not only is he the top guitarist of our age in his style, but he redefines the live experience by taking risks which are unusual, distinctive, and result in the highest quality of musicianship as well as entertainment. The only times I have ever been less than blown away is when I see him being musically "subservient" to others (such as with the egomaniac Glen Hughes). But even in those situations, Joe is the perfect gentleman. What a great guy he is as well as the incredible guitar wonder.
