I like how Craven picks everybody as the demo partner. Usually guys running seminars only pick the stars of the gym.

I would check out local mma gyms as well. My local place has BJJ/Wrestling/Boxing and Muay Thai but the vibe for the MT class is similar to this gym. Hope you can find somewhere to train bro and stay safe!

Nice tipps thanks. One question my old trainer said if he don't kick strong you go one step outside and don't need to catch cross you can catch with this arm where kicks is coming what is your opinion to this, his origins was muay korat. Was he right or not what is your opinion don't know what of these Technik I hafe to train
