This stuff is coming to you free if charge...just use the skip button and don't allow a commercial to break the love or bring in a negative emotion. It is like a mini practice for staying in love in the real world when I want to press a mental skip button for negative interferences in my day.

This was the first time I have seen a special dedication for women. I love it! ❤️The voice was appropriate for my feelings. It is amazing showing up for myself and giving myself real time to feel my own love for me. This meditation filled me with true concern for my feelings. I feel elated and ready to serve again today. Great meditation from Dr. Joe as always, but the channel posting this put a mid-roll ad in the video so beware since having your meditation interrupted part way through is extremely distracting and counterproductive to the whole point.
