James welcomes his guests Allison Janney and Joe Jonas and learns Joe had some prior talk show hosting experience, even if his main guest was the family dog. And now that he is father to two girls, James asks Joe what his reaction would be if his girls and their cousins asked to form The Jonas Sisters. Joe recalls some of his paranormal experiences, including living in a haunted house. And Allison tells James about her new dog Henry and new film "The People We Hate at the Wedding" which was filmed just near where James grew up.
