Can you still buy those? That bike was like the holy grail when I was a kid. Is it an all alluminum frame? Thanks.

As are all the other brands who prefer to stay in business. It's the simple reality of a global economy presently. When you pay workers a living wage with health coverage, paid vacation and sick leave and provide a retirement plan, it costs MONEY! So your product costs more. Americans SAY they know quality and will pay extra for it. But then you hit the market and the dollar is THE bottom line. Ergo the success of junk bikes at Wal-Fart. This absolutely should change. We've traded good jobs and economic prosperity for Americans to save a buck on a TV that lasts three years. But making the change requires a united effort, something we're LIGHT YEARS away from now. Divide & conquer is very effective.
