As a half Samoan half Kiwi woman in her early 40s, I have always suffered with dark thoughts, 2023 being the worse. One thing I kno to be true in my dark times is that everybody busy living and going thru what they got going on. Not all friends and family have the capacity to take on my dark thoughts.
