Very inspiring. I love his book because most books are about gear or technique but his is about different aspects of the approach. It captures a viewpoint most books don't.

I have hours and hours of his lessons on my mind, he is a great teacher! He could be talking about photography for hours and I won’t get enough. He knows what he does, he knows how to teach you that, and most important, he loves both.

Joe McNally is the Pete Rose of photography. Mr. Hustle. Working class get-it-done work-ethic. I'll bet if you socked him in the face he'd hit back twice as hard. Nothing fancy about him - he just knows his stuff inside out, has done everything you can do in photography. He's THE STUD of photography.
