I started listening to Joe when I was on mat leave with my first baby. Now 4 years on I can honestly say these podcasts have saved my sanity, motivated me to start my own business, taught me to listen to people I profoundly disagree with and has made me a better person. The comments so often make me cry laughing. Do you find it triggering at all to watch things you did when you were using? I know, for me at least, I've had to stop watching things I did while using. Just hearing the intro or sound of some creators' voices will immediately make my heart pound and palms sweat.

Carl Jung called it dangerous if you receive unearned wisdom. That's why you shouldn't do those things too much, you can still do them often apparently, but there's a line you shouldn't cross willingly cuz it's cool.
