this was my favorite JRE podcast ive ever watched man you could just see the level of respect they gave to Dice you could almost feel it in the room.

I saw Dice in the mid 1980's at the Comedy Store.... To that point I had never heard of him. And seconds into his act I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe!! He's one of the true legends of Comedy!!

I watched this entire 1 hour, 2 minute, 8 second video, and here is my take. Individually, these guys are all experts in their respected fields. For those that have stated that Joey Diaz sat quiet for this or that reason, you're putting too much in to this. Dice was on the show, and Joe Rogan had a lot to ask, and a lot to talk about. Joey was respected by his peers, and when asked a question, he responded. He also told an interesting story about being in jail back in 1988, renting a hall, and watching Dice on New Years Eve so he and his fellow inmates could be entertained. He finished his story with the fact that it influenced him to venture in to stand up comedy. Again, these are a bunch of men that love and respect each other - nothing more nothing less. There are many other Joe Rogan Experience episodes where Joey Diaz is the focal point, and does the majority of the talking. Don't read too much in to this, folks.
