@@patrickparson9628 That's not true at all. A healthy woman doesn't even have half of the testosterone of a healthy man. Hell, even a woman with relatively high testosterone won't have as much as a man with lower levels of T. Testosterone is produced in men by the testicles. Women produce testosterone, but NOWHERE NEAR at the levels that a man with semi-functional balls do. If women had the same levels, they would have facial hair, bone density, and muscle mass at the same levels as men. They would also cease to menstruate and loss their fertility. Whereas high testosterone make men more fertile.

I hit the gym 5-6 times a week and ate a very clean diet but with test levels at 250…it just wasn’t enough. Best decision I’ve ever made! I’ve been able to quit my depression and anxiety drugs! Today I was able to hit the gym hard, and took my kids out to the park to play the entire day! Finally feel like I can be the dad that my kids needs and a husband that is FULLY functional. It’s a game changer! Get your levels tested!

Most food comes packaged in plastic. Medicines, vitamins, soaps, shampoos, etc. Even if you actually avoid plastics you will still get them in your system. Your good hormones will be lower than they should be. TRT will raise those hormones to healthy levels. I asked my doctor about TRT when I was about 32. Well also to be fair, informed, consistent & honest.....Joey Diaz since he was an urban grade school kid was fkin his body up HARD. He was lookinglike a rough 65 till around 2005. Then he looked 81 with terminal illnesses for 15 years. It is what it is. TRT changed my life. I was 109 pounds at 33. I'm 35 and 161 and happy. Deca changed my life too. I wish I did it sooner. It was all because of a 2 min conversation with my doctor. We were talking about getting therapy to help me with life and in conversation I said "It's like the testosterone was beaten and screamed/yelled out of me when I was a child" .... Turns out there is something called "Cortisol" in my blood that kept me in survival mode.

I've never been in any competitive sports, but always enjoyed nutrition, clean living, and keeping up on good nutrition. I am really focused and aware of hormone levels and balance. I'm gonna be 58 years old in April; many say I look 10 years younger. I can't really remember how great I felt when I was in my 20s, but sometimes, do to my lack of nutritional knowledge and overtraining at the time, I had some pretty low and unenergetic times. If I remember correctly, I actually feel better now than I did in my 20s. That could be owed to the fact that I am very health conscious and know a hell of a lot about nutrition and exercise. I'm not a huge guy, but look great for a person who only uses nutrition, sleep, stress management, and exercise with proper recuperation between work outs. I gauge my hormone levels on sex drive and morning wood. Things that I have noticed in age: Sex drive can change drastically from week to week due to sleep and/or stress levels. When I was younger, it didn't matter. When I went through a devastating life issue, I lost all sex drive for two or three months; that would never happen if I was 20 yrs old. I have to eat properly to keep my sex drive up. Raw vegetables and "root" type plants are a requirement for higher hormones; not so at 20 yrs old. I am a firm believer in keeping things natural. I have always maintained my physique. In the last 3 years I have been working out and trying to gain muscle. Although I have always gained very slowly, no matter what age, I am able to gain about 1 lb to 2lb per year lately which is added to lagging areas. I owe this to a very strict diet. In short, I like to do what I can while I am able to do it naturally. When I stop being able to naturally enjoy the pleasures of sex, and I start feeling the effects of a low hormonal level, at that time I would definitely look at TRT. I feel that putting it off for as long as possible is the better way to go. I just feel that there is so much you can do with your lifestyle to keep your hormone levels high and balanced. I fukng love these podcasts. You have some great guests that have awesome information.

TRT is not all unicorns and rainbows. Testosterone therapy has various risks, including: 1) Worsening sleep apnea - a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. 2) Causing acne or other skin reactions. 3) Stimulating noncancerous growth of the prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia) and growth of existing prostate cancer. 4) Enlarging breasts. 5) Limiting sperm production or causing testicles to shrink. 6) Stimulating too much red blood cell production, which contributes to the increased risk of forming a blood clot. A clot could break loose, travel through your bloodstream and lodge in your lungs, blocking blood flow (pulmonary embolism). 7) Hair loss

@@ZenCenterUpayaI’m 65 and doing great. Back in the USA and taking care of my dad. It’s disappointing because the VA won’t let me take anything. Saying my natural level is fine/ sigh. This is a frustration living in the USA. We don’t have access to things that are available globally to enhance the quality of life. Wishing you the best.

He gave them his doctors number as if that would allow them to all be on an even playing field and then went on to say it's a many month process, so gear up for next sober October because TRT Joe was in full effect this October

Drs in Canada don't think twice about prescribing hormones to teenage girls to keep them from getting pregnant yet for a man to get TRT from your Dr is damn near impossible

Joe is absolutely right, I'm on TRT for the last 7 months and I feel so good, when I stopped it, I felt like 70-80 years old man, joint pain, constantly tired, zero energy, high blood pressure, zero sex drive. But before you start, do all tests first 👌

Success 👍 I also think you should talk more about being super careful around the sciatic nerve though. 🙏 Putting more emphasis on how to find the safe area by putting ur hands on ur hips naturally and then two finger widths below where the thumb tip sits

I don't have problems with guys in their 50s taking TRT and being open about it. But I do have problems with celebs and athletes who say their 1 yr body transformations was due to eating only chicken breasts and working with a Trainer.
