Күн бұрынThis is Joe Walker's(Commander Up) hilarious joke about Glee in the awesome musical Starship by Team Starkid.
Oh, and if you couldn't tell, i made the caption, so the joke is easier to understand.
Joe's face when he waits for the audience to understand his joke, is priceless! And that little wink at the end, OMG! ;D
And if you don't know who Starkid is, they're an amazing and totally awesome Theater Group, they've made some great musicals, including A Very Potter Musical. Oh, and that guy from Glee is in the group, and he wrote all the music for this musical, and yes, I am talking about the awesomness that is Darren Criss!
If you haven't watched the musical yet, go do it, you won't waste your time: • Starship Act 1 Part 1
No "Starkids vs Gleeks" intended, I'm just about as much Gleek as Starkid. Actually I found out about Starkid through Glee, so I bet I should be thankfully lying on my knees(Just kiddin', sorry.)

I bet everybody was thinking, "Darren, bring that cute little tush back where it belongs!", because I was just like "Yep, that wink was totally sent in Darrens direction, and now I'm just flailing and squealing and I can't breath because I'm laughing so hard. This is what I do when I'm meant to be doing a paper on the Bolsheviks seizing power in october 1917... that's due tomorrow...

Glee is always making twisted abominations of everything. I'm pretty sure he's referring to the way Glee takes old songs and makes "abominable" covers for them. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.

@maddimayhem15 Exactly. His StarKid is really showing through. I don't know if RIB(Ryan, Ian and Brad, the Glee writers), know about Starkid and wrote it in to make all the fangirls, and boys, crazy, or if they actually don't know and it's just pure coincidences. :)

@klainelover16 Just to clarify, I'm a big Gleek, actually i found out about Starkid through Darren Criss and Glee. And I totally believe that every Starkid accept the Gleeks into the "family", after all, it were Glee that made Darren Criss and the rest of StarKid famous(or more famous that they were before). And the "Starkids vs Gleeks" is pretty much just for "fun", it's more like "Hey Gleeks that love Darren Criss, you should definitively check out the theater group he and his friends made!"

@finleygirl16 haha, yeah you're probably right. I think he's behind the scenes, because you can see him on Joe Moses "Herbert Sherbert Starship backstage" video. I actually read in an interview somewhere that he played guitar in the band because he wanted to help, but in the end credits he's not listed. But yes, I know he was there at the opening night, but you're right, he was definitively not in the audience. He would have been killed, and we don't want that.:)

@4psychosandacamera Exactly. Everytime I watch Blaine on Glee, I'm like "Darren why are you doing that?" Then I realize its actually Darren playing Blaine. His Starkid is really showing through. Like in one of the first episodes on Season 3, I don't remember the name, where he as walking down McKinley's Hallways with his dapper sunglasses! :)

@maddimayhem15 I don't think he helped writing this. At least he isn't listed as one of the officially writers(Joe Walker, Matt and Nick Lang, Brian Holden). But this joke seems like something he could come up with, just to make fun of himself. That's just Darren's goofyness.:)
