Pardon my language but this country has become way too pussified, I get great comfort and hope knowing that people like you are out there and over there any everywhere showing strength and helping. berhorst59 You don’t drink it. Use it in place of salt. Turkey is a dense meat and doesn’t absorb much. What sugars do remain on the meat are wonderfully caramelized and delicious. Salt and some sugars are natural parts of a healthy. Omnivore’s diet. Relax, the sky won’t fall. Moderation in all things......

Soy sauce and apple juice with Italian seasoning and Mrs Dash. I think a marinade doesn't count much for unhealthy eating. You can buy low sodium soy sauce.
