OMSI 2 | Oatford Map | Route 55 | Does Reducing Visibility Make Me Enjoy The Map More?

Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
In today's video we're going to be driving the route 55, in the ALX400. This route is approximately 25 minutes in length, and I've been assured that this route is much better put together than the previous route we looked at. Perhaps I've been a touch unfair?
We're driving today in the most challenging of environments... snow! Perhaps reducing visibility so you can't see some of the maps imperfections will improve my experience on the map... perhaps...

If you use ' Shift T ' it removes all your change so you don't have to click it, so if you do 'T' 'Crtl T' then 'Shift T' it should speed up your ticket process: )

I recommend shift t first, or if you press it too fast it may remove the change you gave the customer

It looks like the maps I used to build in Trainz back in the day, I thought they were brilliant but they really weren't. It's got potential but it definitely needs more work. Most B7s are crap, they were built like it. W-o-ntage

I don't think the devs quite understand the engineering involved in 'bus friendly' speed bumps. They are literally designed to the gauge of bus axles, so that the wheels can pass either side of the bump, without making contact. You shouldn't feel them at all?!?! If a car attempts the same thing (from personal experience) you end up wearing the inside wall of your tyres very quickly. Cars must slow down, as one side or the other will contact the bump, whether you like it or not. (or wear both inside walls of your tyres trying to be clever. How can a bus axle be narrow enough to go over a square speed bump in OMSI? Even in the snow, Joe can't be that bad a driver...... until 'Oh NO, we've absolutely binned it there!!' Who is WE, Joe? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It was coming sooner or later. WE didn't have control of the bus though. 🤣 Classic moment though

Best saying to sum up this map... Quantity over Quality. Lots of routes and repaints and vehicles utilised (especially being one of the first UK maps to properly utilise the Citaro other than Bristol Airport)... but it just feels a bit rushed

Why isn't the headlights on bus turned on & if fog lights are fitted to the vehicle they should also be on front & rear.

The bus is already out but the ZF Ecomat gearbox is not out (the bus is a V3D ALX400 with VOITH) The sounds are likely payware so the ZF Ecomat Gearbox mod likely wont be out or at least not this exact mod pack.
