He’s right. Penix is more pro ready than Maye and McCarthy. The only major knock on him is injuries and he’s been healthy for two seasons.

What determines if you’re pro ready? I mean people say that about a ton of qbs and just say it. There’s 0 qbs in college football who are “pro ready” people said Manning was pro ready he threw 30 ints his rookie season 😂 maybe one day these “scouts” or “analysts” will just stop

@@DocNinini They all make NFL throws. That's not what separates them. He acts like it's a foregone conclusion and it's anything but. Less than 50% pan out. Class of '21 is a prime example.

If Cousins gets injured again/achiles again the Falcons have Penix. If Rodgers gets injured again/achiles the Jets cry again.....and the crybaby pundits say...."I can't believe The Jets dodn't have a quality back-up AGAIN, for an old QB coming off an achiles...like Atlanta does!"

“Michael Penix is the most pro ready QB in the draft” What are you talking about? Only a complete casual could have that take. Watch his feet when he throws, he’s got an awful habit of hopping instead of a smooth weight transfer. He needs to sit more than most QBs, that kinda issue kills his base which means he isn’t generating enough torque which will and does cause many errant passes.
