Her performace is beautiful, she is beautiful, her composure in combination with such a strong emotion was gorgeous, everything about this is just perfect. No flashy clothes, no crazy moves, nothing but the strength and the emotion in her voice and facial expressions.

I love, love, love this performance! Heard it for the first time today and have watched it 6 times. Her voice is so different. Adele's voice is already unique and different, but she still made it her own and it was amazing. She rocked them high notes and she has the type of textures in her voice that can get to you emotionally. Well done. I'm amazed.

The flow the pitch control and the creativity to make an already beautiful song better than it ever was originally. That's true talent. That and she has that crazy reverberation technique like other soul and blues singers. My favorite comparison is probably Chris Stapleton when I see him sing Tennessee Whiskey or Sometimes I Cry. Truly amazing.

Every coach knows the voice to and can't coach. So lets say Danny wants a girl with a very good voice but not sure to turn around, he asks Jessy coz she has knowledge in that department. So its a teamwork not a one man for himself thing. They want the best voice to have the best coach for that voice
