i easily cut it on myself with any scissors. but i am a professional hair dresser. if you want a similar look with less risk search youtube for "emo haircut at home" and do it with a razor only that's how i did it when i was teenager. don't try things with scissors scissors are much harder to control.

liv k there are amazing stylist the number one issue is communicating exactly what you want done! Bring pictures , be vocal about what you want. An so research ask to see they’re portfolio to decide if u really want them to do ur hair and don’t be cheap you pay for what you get ❤️ ig hashtags are good way to find a good stylist

zaker721 Most curly hair shags I’ve seen are cut dry with a razor and are more like a sculpture, less sectioning and a very good eye to know how to get that shape. I would definitely recommend a pro for that.
