wow this is FASCINATING!!! I see that it was tough for you to get into that so good job for convincing!!! I could tell that the supervisor in the beginning was very.... observative (helicopter much? lol) makes me wonder if he has trust issue or being VERY extra careful, he was WATCHING at EVERY move.. wow.. diamond is SERIOUS business!!!! this is FASCINATING.. i wish it was mentioned why that company is very open to training DEAF employees, that is very impressive!!!

wowwwwwwwww!!! AMAZINGLY, SERIOUSLY!!! JUST WOW 😳😲! I'm fully deaf myself, my family is all deaf too. my wife is deaf as well too. but we have no kids, just not yet, but anyways, I'm so happy to see more and more deaf workers!!! rarely to see deaf workers explain how to do this, that, and can't do that, or can't do this, etc and that's awesome!! I wonder the manager of this diamond factory is himself/or herself as deaf too?? I'm wondering.... but anyways, it's so awesome to watch this video too see what they was saying about black dots that needed to be sanded carefully and the dust off diamond becomes worthless and I'm amazed too!!! 😳 but when they cut it to where they want the diamonds to be at certain shape, then the dust that already cut and sanded, where did they go??? just vanished into air?!?? wow!! I never thought of that, cuz I thought diamond is toooooooo like very very valuable, but they just let it go by dusts go vanish into air, wow! interesting! and that diamond you was holding was for 1.5$ is seriously, amazed my ass!!! wow that's so small and in like half of square/half of rectangle shape with sides are cut and sanded to have like, like rooftop looking like on side.... I hope you understand what I meant, anyways that's amazed!! thank you for share this video for mainly one reason is that, I'm more happier to see more deaf workers on videos. cuz there's like 95% of KZfaq videos are from hearing, not many deaf KZfaq videos, not many! so I'm so happy to see it's newest and latest KZfaq deaf video with deaf workers, and they amazed me too! I'm from Chicago, Illinois I do understand what you guys was saying most of times, but there was little, some of them are other country's sign language, but I do read captions same time as I watched you guys talked in signs too, so I can understand better what they was saying in their own cool language as well! 👍🏼 thanks again!! take care, be safe out there, dude! 👋🏻💎🤙🏼💎🤟🏼💎👌🏼💎

AWESOME Thanks for your support! I always find more inspiring stories about Deaf people anywhere! The managers are hearing but they're motivated giving the job opportunities to the Deaf people. Impressed! I hope to meet you at Chicago DeafNation Expo.
