Very nice tutorial. I'm almost tempted to take an old track I did for work and pass it through the steps you identified to see how it turns out. Well it wasn't done on a amateur mic so don't know how it's going to turn out. I'll definitely check your other videos. Thanks a lot!

Wow, really fabulous video. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge! I'm def going to check out the OBS one, and wondering if the settings there will enable me to get good audio quality just within that program.

Thanks a lot, buddy! You should be able to get lovely audio in OBS too, but if you want to really go the extra mile, record and process in Audacity. That's what I do. In fact, all of the audio of me actually speaking in this video (not the recorded audio that I edit) is straight through OBS. Check out that video and let me know what you think!

With time U will get more subscribers, just make search videos on KZfaq like how to use phone as a webcam , review a mic like the boya M1 mic and give a nice tutorial like U always do then you will see growth . Again I love you

That is so yesterday, you should be using version 3.0, keep up the good work. Sad to say I can see the difference in the meter, but can't really hear the difference. Guess that is part of the bad of getting older. It was great being able to see what settings to apply so I don't have to guess.

@@JoeMilneEnglish loved your video can you do one on using Audacity for multi track. I want to learn to be able to do ducking. Have the music play then fade to the voice, maybe leave the music playing but at a lower volume.

@@JoeMilneEnglish I never use headphones. I have a Samson G Track Pro and some headphones from another Samson microphone, but I never use them. Would that make a noticeable difference?

In your listening to the audio, it would definitely make a difference. I don't particularly like wearing headphones, but I always do when editing audio.
