Kevin became a hero of mine through his comedy, watching his 2 appearances with Joe has taken him to a whole different level in my book. He is inspiring, humble and genuine. If there were more Kevin Harts in this world we would all be better off. I'm going through a deep Depression and have been for some time but people like Kevin can be a ray of light in the darkest of spaces, thank you Kev, thank you for being authentically you!

That Free Speaking Zone part of this conversation was really touching. About Kevin’s daughter with her hair. Just as another human being, I loved hearing about that moment he had with his daughter. It makes you remember that no matter someone’s financial situation or fame man that family stuff doesn’t change. Having a father in the household makes a huge difference.

If there is one thing that would make a fucking requirement to graduate it would be a finances class to teach kids how to budget, how to pay taxes, pay back loans, etc. For as much bullshit as some of the systems can be (e.g. Student Loans), knowledge of that shit is essential for daily living.

undergoing TMS treatment right now (on my 20th treatment), been dealing with depression/anxiety since I was 13. Kevin Hart's The Decision audiobook is helping me so much right now (TBH its one of the few things that brings me positivity/hope). I've done years of therapy, even tried pilot studies at major universities and my condition didn't improve (long term wise). Really thankful for Joe and Kevin to do this podcast.

I never gave podcasts a chance due to lack of time i guess but starting with Joe's podcast with Kevin Hart..deep stuff! and finaly get to see the real Kevin, inspirational stuff! Been a rough couple of years for me health/familywise. Was loosing track of those things due to work making me postponing medical tests/visits or people/doctors keepin me down and making give up on things. Time to take things into my own hands again. Much respect for both sharing this type of content in a world thats in a big rush where you have to be the best for others but not for yourself. Big fan!

32-35. Story of my life. I was devastated not playing baseball because of Tommy John surgery. First month fell into depression, couldn’t do anything with my right hand, did everything with my left, homework, eating, and thought everything sucked. That still didn’t stop me from going to the gym and doing legs and working with what I got. I’ve never been so motivated and focused ever in my life. Patience is key my friends. On month 3 of a 12 month rehab and I’m excited I’m making so much progress!!!

Love this. My husband and I did the same. I'm now 30, he's 36. We've got a beautiful 2 year old son and our hustle has allowed us to flip properties and also both have very fulfilling careers. Keep your head down and don't let idiots tell you investing time and money into a home and starting a life with someone isn't worth it.

Best podcast yet, I woke up that next morning feeling different and positive and happy from what I heard the night before. And it was so surreal, I’m literally on the same path with how Kevin reaches out and helps people the way he does. And I preached it all day to everyone i saw.
