Me too! I stumbled across Baby Blue 2 days ago and have become obsessed with playing Badfinger tunes and docs about the group. Joey is a survivor - Literally. We can only Assume to know the triumphs and tragedies Joey has, and continues, to endure. Keep on Rockin' Joey - Badfingers music will live on Forever!!!!🎸

Joey Man, I love what your doing and you guys really deserved much more in life, but it's just not the same without Pete and the rest of the band! You guys should have been as big as the Beatles IMHO. Life really throws some curve balls at us for some fucking reason! Peace and Love!
@Amen.223 жыл бұрын
The Beatles had a lot to do with Badfinger. They wrote songs for them, George Harrison was the producer on at least one song. John Lennon was playing a song with a sore finger, and they were going to call it, the Badfinger chronicles. That's where the name came from. If you research it, you'll see .

@@Amen.22 I thought the name was in reference to the vulgar hand gesture.

I love this! Joey...you have been through alot. The music is still there and you are great. You probably gave the Breaking Bad show people the ok to use this song...but I don't like it, because so many people are connecting Badfinger to the show. yuk I remember you guys from the 70's, even though I was born in '64. Rock on 4-ever Joey and Badfinger! Love Love!

Whilst this is not quite up to the standard of the original version, it's great to see one of the original members of the band still playing and singing it after all these years. RIP Pete and Tom. Gone but not forgotten.

My Hat goes off to Joey Molland, that creep lawyer of there’s in the early 70s should rot in hell, its because of him there were 2 tragedies and the band was never to be the same, they would of been a band to be reckoned with if that Creep didn’t rob them and destroy them, lm sure we were robbed ourselves of many more hits,Long Live Badfinger....

Louis Russo. I think Mike died young partly because of the awful stress.
@dynjarren83552 жыл бұрын
He does a decent job singing this great song. But Tom sang it better. Back in the Seventies, Tom resembled Lennon and Joey resembled McCartney so people thought they were a Beatles copy band. But they had their own hit songs.

Joey's part on the original single was as lead guitarist. This sounds identical to that. Pete sang the original, and was a one of a kind singer with a unique voice - of course no one else can bring that to the table. But part of what makes the song great is the guitar work, and Joey reproduced it note for note.
