1:00 thats PI in the league, and I saw probably 3 other plays by him that were likely going to be called against him if playing on Sundays. Has some good playmaking ability and quick instincts, there's some stuff to like, but boy does he need to be coached on them hands.

excellent length, good athleticism, arguably the best tackling corner in college. only gripe is he looks really stiff playing up on the line needs to be lighter on his feet so he doesn't look like a statue for the first moments of the play. I'd also like to see him finish on these picks, he positions himself well to get the opportunity but almost never catches them.

I saw the stiffness too, Jones beat him on digs and inner breaking routes several times in this game.

man he isnt there yet but hes going to amazing has all the tools you look for and want. as long as he attacks his workouts and he has Jalen Ramsey written all over him. You can also tell hes still growing if he came out next year he'd be a top 5 pick easy.

Looks like he got better as the game went on. He got away with a bit of interference though.

Charlie Jones absolutely ate Porter's lunch. I'm pretty sure Jones was his primary assignment early in the game and then they put another player on him. He's too grabby and I think without grabbing his game will be pretty much gone. So, far I've watched two videos on Porter and I think he has 'bust' written all over him.

great length and iq but he should implement the motor technique when he gets into the league and it seems like wrs are easily breaking his inside leverage.

@@WhoGotGuap I’m fan of football, you just a homer, I promise everything isn’t sec bro, pay attention to STATS, Ringo isn’t even best on his team 😭 Ringo is good db don’t get me wrong but outsides that bama pick what has he done? Who has he locked down 🤔 his stats are trash he had like 3 pd last season and like 2 picks, his former high school team mate Denzel Burke is wayyy better and gets no respect Burke had like 12 pd and 2 picks last season his stats are sh!tting on your boy Ringo, Cam smith best db in sec honestly but you need to actually WATCH big ten football MORE! There’s much better DBs in big ten, Xavier Henderson Michigan state, Jyaire Brown, Joey Porter Penn state, Iowa Riley Moss, Ohio state Burke Cam brown Hickman etc.. much better corners I never liked Penn state I’m just honest bro Porter was the man against Purdue he was shutting down a heck of a receiver and player in Charlie Jones for Purdue, Ringo name wasn’t even dropped against Oregon, give him his roses , you probably don’t even watch Penn state and Purdue

His IQ looks good he knows where to be for sure but hips look alittle stiff changing directions. Gotta be more accurate with the jams in press look like the recievers were throwing him off more than he was them. Lastly the ball skills. Got to turn hands on the ball into turnovers. Solid player though. Alittle cleaning up and he can be very good outside CB on sundays

I don’t understand how people have him as CB1 in this draft…Devon Witherspoon is better in every facet of the game. Porter just has size on him. This isn’t even first round film

Good but not a great game. Got beat a bunch, seems to need to add weight to put some umph in his tackles. Speed seemed good. Good eyes. Reacts well. Not a 1st rounder by this game. He is relying on a lot of hands on, which won't be allowed in the NFL. He did some positive things.

sorry to say he is a project for a team that is willing to sit him. Understanding of his responsibility in zone looks suspect to me. The qb just didn't throw his way a lot.

It's the replay of the game and how he deals with his assignments even when he's not targeted. These videos have been around forever and people still don't know what they're looking at...
