True, the problem is we just never seen him in any other circumstance and the only time he does fight he obviously lost because of the huge power gap between the 2. We've never seen him win a challenging fight and seeing him easily take those 3 out was just.....meh at best cause he's been shown better. You guys need to stop forming this narrative that jogo was unlucky, he himself decided to fight Gojo, even when Kenjaku told him not to. Second thing is that Kenjaku told him that in terms of strength he is on a level of an 8 or 9 finger Sukuna, and this is with Kenjaku high balling him. But Jogo still decided to fight Sukuna, Jogo was architect of his own demise.

The funny thing is that no one died in this scene. Naobito died in the hospital, Nanami continued his battle with a scar on half of his body, and Maki generally survived and just became covered with a huge number of scars. Of course, you can tell me something, but my comment proves that Jogo was in a hurry and decided not to finish off his enemies, even if they have an incurable wound.

I believe that Sukuna did not deliver the finishing blow to make it easier for him to sign a contract with Kojo. If you prepare hostages in Sukuna, it will probably be easier to make a contract to gain eternal control over the body.

I'd like to give a brief shout-out to Naobito. Though he later died in hospital, he did manage to react fast enough and at least try and do something. He also took most of the brunt against Dagon, as Dagon said during their fight he would split his power 70-30 on Nabito and Nanami. And even here after losing an arm and being heavily fatigued he still ran at Jogo in an attempt to fight. And then after being fatally burnt he remained standing on his feet. True warrior.

I swear Jogo could keep up and even surpass many of the heavy-hitters of the current manga. He may not have the speed of Maki, the endurance of Hakari, the physical strength of Yuji or the versatility of Yuta, but he's still one of the fastest characters in JJK, has no problem regenerating or sacrificing body parts, has likely the most AoE AP since Gojo, and his technique has variations like magma, fire and shikigami that allow for many fighting styles. Not only that, but from 259 we get to know that fire techniques are especially difficult to heal with RCT. In the current fight against Sukuna, Jogo would be a carry.

Some people are making fun of the fact that Jogo only killed one of the three. But think about Jogos day; he saw Hanami getting killed a couple of hours ago, only to find out the body of his other friend later, and right next to it are 3 random dudes that are shit compared to you standing in your way. I wouldnt bother a lot in killing them either, he just wanted to get over with that shit. Other theory is that he just wanted to immobilize them fast to kill them after but then he noticed that Sukuna was close and went as fast as posible.

the fact that naobito was able to stop his heart beat to survive jogo was crazy... he could've been the strongest grade 1 sorcerer with his control and experience, if he never encounter the two disaster cursed spirits. unfortunately, seeing his entire body burnt into crisp... as expected he died a few days later in the manga.

I love hard powerlevels like this. Its so much better than Everyone is the same level where the winner is dependent on the plot. You have normal people, then Maki who is a god compared to normies, Nanami a god compared to maki, Dagon a god compared to Nanami, Then Jogo the absolute god and somehow Jogo is not even able to touch Sukuna once. Sukuna being able to delete an entire city by himself is actually carried forward into his fights where normally Sukuna would always be as strong as the plot demands sometimes deleting continents but still losing to the power of friendship

So many talking about Toji vs (curse/user). Toji is weak. He is physically the strongest human, Yuji is to a normal person what toji is to Yuji. But without tools, that means very little against semi-1st grade and up. With tools hes low special grade, but arguably so was Yuji when he fought hanami with todo, if he had had the staff or other cursed weapon. Gojo lost when it took energy to keep limitless going. He had been awake for 3 days, never dropping his technique, probably 6 eyes the whole time too. Gojo was also like 17. 30+ year old gojo really is "nah, id win." Its just how weak other 1st grade sorcerers are that make toji seem different. Nanami is one of the strongest weve seen and he cant use a domain, but his combat style might work a while on toji since he fights hand-to-hand. The 1st grades in shibuya with the prospectives, were weak. Yuji was already stronger considering who he lost to. Fushiguro has the makings of a domain. With a year or two of training, he would be stronger than every sorcerer and toji in shibuya, minus gojo and now 15 finger yuji.

@@farsous10 you really think if he didn't have a special grade cursed tool (like he used on gojo.) He can take out a 1st grade who has refined curse techniques? How would he have fought mechamaru's army? Would he beat pre handicapped Todo? Even with a weapon I see him losing to them. Same with Kaisen 0 Geto. His skill is being too fast for a technique to hit. When he gets in range, he can kill you with one blow. Anyone who can maintain spacing would also he difficult. The Old Zenin with the frames technique for example.

But toji is not just a human, he’s literally the first person in history to have absolutely zero curse energy, which in exchange, gives him insane superhuman capabilities, not just crazy speed, but crazy strength, durability, healing factor, precognition, etc. Comparing a grade 1 to toji is honestly laughable, you don’t have to read the manga to know that there’s a difference in strength. There’s not a single grade 1 that is even close to toji. Todo’s best chance is to escape, cuz he’s not as physically gifted as toji is, and that’s because no one is, he’s an anomaly, a special grade sorcerer like yuki even mentions that to another fellow special grade to geto, saying that you should not be embarrassed losing to him cuz he’s just different. And you can’t disregard the curse tool, because that’s his weapon, it’s part of his arsenal. Especially knowing that with playful cloud, the curse tool is stronger in use in relation to how strong the user is, so the stronger the person using it, the stronger the curse tool becomes. Toji isn’t gojo or sukuna, those two are in a tier of their own, but toji is a top 10 character in the verse and based on narratives, and especially feats in the manga from, that’s just an objective truth

He actually only killed one person there which is the head of the clan Maki and nanami survived. Thus ,Fushiguro became the leader of the Zenin clan but the zenin refused so Maki killed them all , Nanami died 8 minutes later
