This videoed sermon starts by acknowledging the importance of the Sabbath, our white garments and worship. The preacher speaks of how God has always been with us through our forebearers. Our ancestors would go to sacred places and offer prayers revering the creator and it would rain almost immediately if they asked for rains. Today we pray, and no rains come. The preacher here is drawing similarities between what was said and what is being said today to those following in the footsteps of the Holy Spirit. There are rites and ceremonies done in the past which if done today as guided by the Spirit of God, would deliver us from evil. The verse 'Hatigadzi nhaka vasina nhaka' is telling us how we who have been given honour, cannot bestow honour to those without honour.
The preacher addresses the gathered, in terms of their faith, and says we are considered young by those who first saw our Anointed Father Johane, yet the same Holy Spirit which spoke to them is speaking now. Thus, he is strengthening the congregation by telling them to trust what they have been taught by Holy Spirit so that when they are together with those who heard Father Johane or Father Emmanuel, they can testify to the same ultimate glory of God's tale in us black people. Indeed, this inspires the verse 'Handei tinonamata pawira nyenyedzi' which means that the faithful will go wherever the Holy Spirit is.
The preacher also reminds worshipers that worshiping is through words. The Word of God spoke, and it was... There are people who were given treasures as secrets taught to them by the Holy Spirit. So, a good farmer is seen by the quality of their harvest. The preacher is teaching the church that the Holy Spirit gave them scared gospels which they should keep or share depending on how God bestowed such treasure. Here, the preacher is reflecting specifically to how the Holy Spirit has called all those from Johane Masowe, Johane Masowe Jerusalem and Johane Masowe, Jakopo to unite and share old treasures and receive new ones. All Johane Masowes are being implored to unite and follow the Word today. The Word has not changed... When we die, we must return as Angels just like Peter and Paul...That is why we are here, to do good so that we can become God's Angelic Messengers.
The preacher tells the church of their Israelite origins stating that their ancestor migrated south from a land which had been colonized. He tells them that their ancestors took many years traveling, but they were following the guidance of the Spirit from Heaven until they reached a new Promised Land. "Indeed, there are distortions in the Bible", says the preacher, "but God pronounced that in the end, the first will be last". "The Holy Spirit said", the preacher continues, "that people will receive the seal which will see them admitted into Heaven". “Were you there when the people were sealed?” asks the preacher. “If so, did you invite your kin or you just went alone? So, to our brothers and sister in other Johane Masowe denominations, the sealing is here, and we should all unite”. The verse 'iyi nzira hayisi yemufananidzo... is telling us that this way is not just about worshiping but is actually the path to our Heavenly Father.
The preacher gives examples of aspects of the actual path. He speaks of types of dietary grains which will prolong life as stated by the Holy Spirit. He refers to how our health concerns can be treated by the Spirit from Heaven. The preacher speaks of a time when after heavy rains, people in villages would go out of their home and literally pick fish from the road. He says that "that was our manna from Heaven. We should return to God's ways and He will provide sustenance for us all".
The preacher then touches on the subject of black pride. He teaches that those pictures we see of a blond and blue-eyed Jesus are not a true reflection of the actual Jesus. He was black. The preacher is stating how the Holy Spirit taught us these things as a way of reawakening us as people so that we accept the nobility that is truly in us. We must accept that Heaven is one and so all Masowe denominations must unite. The verse 'spelogini hawowo....' is telling us that despite all that we say we know; Heaven's Hosanna is one. Heaven’s rhythm is one. Therefore, we are one...
The preacher concludes by talking about having courage when doing God's work. The verse 'Tichafamba kusvika nyika yabvuma...' is telling us that we will return the people to God no matter how hard it will be...
