Präzise und wunderschöne Aufführung dieser perfekt konstruierten Sinfonie mit seidigen Töne aller Streicher, brillanten Töne aller Metallbläser und, vor allem, milden Tone aller Holzbläser. Der geniale Dirigent leitet das ausgezeichnete Orchester im gut phrasierten Tempo mit perfekt kontrollierer Dynamik und ohne überflüssige Agogik. Die zwei zusätzlichen Meisterstücke klingen echt rhythmisch und lyrisch. Einfach bewundernswert!

最近、このオーケストラの、活動には、目を見張るものが、ありますね。演奏事態は、手堅く、確かな、ものですね。ブラームスの、音楽を、美しく、華麗に、聴かせてます。フーガは、お見事です。アンコールは、ご愛敬ですね。2曲も、ありがたいです。

Maestro Alan Gilbert and the FINE Players of The Elb Ochestra : You have all manifested your quality in this performance !!!! This Work of Brahms is a genuinely crafted MASTERPIECE !!!! However, its very quality, and, above all, its, MOST CREATIVE, MOST RIGO- ROUSLY "THOUGHT-THROUGH", Construction, makes it necessarily---- VERY DIFFICULT !!!! It requires that, both, the Players and the Conductor posses : 1) GREAT INTELLIGENCE 2) GREAT HEART 3) GREAT---- TASTE In addition there is a necessary "Fourth Quality" : 4) ABSOLUTE TECHNICAL MASTERY FROM ALL THE PLAYERS I have attended many performances of The Brahms Fourth, in which the Players and the Conductor seem tp have lost their way or simply failed to undestand the Internal Logic of The Work ! What many Orchestras, Conductors, Players, and Orchestra Management Boards, fail, ungortunately, to com- prehend is that in this Work, in more than, "many, many" others, Phrasing, is CRITICAL !!!!
