Then you should consider using a state manager package. Riverpod package will do just that.

@@ezeaguprincewill7005 I am using provider package. I have a page with list of items and plus button which allows me to add an item. At moment I wait for record to be created and then pop back to the list. Ideally I want to pop as soon as the save button is hit and show creation of record in the list page. Do you have an example you can share.

Use the file_picker package or multiple_image picker package. It will return a list of files, you have to upload each.
