John wins this one for me, it looks easy but it's insanely tiresome and when you factor in his age it's truly incredible. Cardio aside, I always vote based on the improv round and I feel like the song John got was much harder to improv to although if I had to vote without knowing the dances were improvized I'd give the first round to Rob.
