My father met John brzenk once and he armwrestle with John and he told me his arm feels like a brick wall that can’t be moved. His whole wrist and finger are metal.

He has such a strong toproll/hook combination and he adjusts his style quickly to a press or whatever he needs based on the strength and style of his opponents. On top of that, his calm demeanor is deadly. Got to love the legend.

The amazing thing about John is that he's armwrestling pure heavyweights, guys who are 6'4/250lbs, look at some of these massive 260lb Eastern Europeans and Russians that he has demolished over the years. Add to this his age, and it becomes even more amazing what he has done.

@@onegmsgmailcom No, that is misleading. If you check out what Devon said again, you will discover he was only talking about Dennis's LEFT ARM being that dominant. John beat Dennis RIGHT ARM in a supermatch ALREADY 5-1, when John was IN HIS MID-40'S.

I loved armwrestling as a kid. Had no idea over the top had a real tournament setting. I thought it was all "the movie". Had no idea it was a sport. Couple years ago I discovered it was. Then I found out about this guy...and the stuff in the movie was real. Guy has been on top longer than I have been alive...😳🤯

I know a lot of armwrestling is technique and skill....but is that not just raw-ass POWER when Brzenk is holding against Taras and Chaffee? Those are massively powerful men in full press, and John's arm is just LOCKED - with no king's move bullshit. The man's size and appearance belies astonishing power.

MrTimmu67 that’s Matt Mask. His technique is to hang under the table and basically make you break his arm by pinning him in weird positions. Plus he’s a whiner if you ever watch him. I’ve seen video of John telling him ‘I’m going to push now you’re going to get hurt if I hyperextend you like that’ and Mask tells him to fuck off. Johns a class act
