On top of also being a regular thing this radio station does, and the fact that it's a local radio station as opposed to some Internet prankster trying to score internet points? Yeah, if nothing's come out about this segment being fake after that long, and after so many similar segments have been done, I don't see why I should think it's fake. It's extremely unlikely no one would have squawked by now.
