I’m not reading all this because it’s gibberish. The M242 bushmaster is a wonderful weapon when maintained properly, and with it being a chain gun is far more reliable. As for the size of the round, 25mm is more than adequate for 90% of Soviet era equipment (which is predominantly what countries NATO would face use) as for the vehicles that are protected against 25mm well… there is a reason everyone is moving to 30mm to 50mm cannons. With all that said 25mm is still very capable of neutralizing threats as seen with that popular T-90 video. Actually penetrating the enemies armor isn’t necessarily the only way to to take them out of the fight. As for telescopic ammunition, such little benefit for something that would take years upon years to develop and create a production chain with reliable manufacturing when instead we can use shit that’s already proven and more than adequate for the job.
