Hey! Thanks for the advice, I'm just a home owner after all. You're right. I just got the front loader that day and needed to try it. Since then I've learned a lot. Now I use it for important things like taking my luggage from the car into the basement. And yes... God Bless America!

That was the most spectacular performance with a John Deere tractor. Comment from a member of your family. Need we say more!!!

Got-it! All makes sense. Don't forget, I just use this tool around my yard. You guys are the pros. One thing for sure, you can get hurt easily if your not careful ALL the time. And, there's a lot to learn so don't make your jobs and experience sound easy.

I bought one back in 06 and use it everyday. I dugout a foundation and basement last year. Pulled trees out, down, and pushed. I filled my rear tires with antifreeze that added about 270lbs of weight that helped a lot.

I wish I had bought the 2320. But yes, I sure have learned a lot. And I'm happy see someone like you , who certainly seems to know about tractors, has the same model. I really use it for many chores and enjoy owning it. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks Marty, you are right about all that stuff. Thanks for the suggestions, next time I'll do the right thing. Since then I have gotten the right ballasts and I got used to using the seat belt all the time.

The value of having a machine gives the homo sapiens the confidence they need to keep using the AX, ha ha I loved it.

constructive criticism here, use low range, not high range (your hydro is crying here) also with a stump like that curling the bucket is usually most effective way to pop a stump out. (just my opinion from the landscaping business side of things with my 1026R)

As a home owner using this tool, I can appreciate the skills required. Professional users should not take for granted their knowledge and expertise I am getting better, but there's a lot to learn and I could NEVER do this for a living.
@ronniegrey413911 жыл бұрын
oh, and never use the loader to pick up on something..use the breakout force of the bucket, it's 3 times greater.
@gregodell802910 жыл бұрын
Dude, I hope with practice you've learned that the bucket tilts. It is not a blade or a dozer. Tip your blade (bucket edge) down as if dumping, drive up to the stump and scoop. You probably would've had it done 10" sooner and wouldn't have had to drive to the opposite side of the stump repeatedly. Also a tow strap or chain works good in this situation, but you really should use the correct tool which is a backhoe.

I got the 260 backhoe. I've removed about 15 stumps so far, even from larger pine trees. Patience, and digging, equals success. Stump Removal 101 faster

Hey George, Is your tractor a 2305? I've been wanting to get the backhoe for my 2305 but the dealer talks me out of it. My tractor has under 200 hours on it and it in perfect shape. I would need the Power Beyond and all the attaching hardware. Do you think it's worth doing? P.S. of course the dealer wants me to buy a new tractor.
@2574Ralph5 жыл бұрын
No. I’m located on Long Island. The machine has only 125 hours on it. I change all the fluids myself. It still looks new and always garage kept.
@2574Ralph11 жыл бұрын
You're right. I wish I had gotten the 2320. You may have a similar engine but the 2320 is a much better tractor. Little did I know.
@flyer461439 жыл бұрын
If that tractor wasn't there to slow him down, the guy with the shovel would have had the stump out a lot quicker.
@2574Ralph10 жыл бұрын
You are 100% correct. Thanks for the comment and advice. I am learning and looking for a backhoe. When I make the video with the backhoe, I'll really provide some funny entertainment, or kill myself in the process.

A learning carve. The 2305 can push / pull twice that and more. I have over 3300hrs on mine.
@chadkinneer272810 жыл бұрын
agreed, this is the reason i always buy new and not "used with only (less than 200)hours"!! cause of people like this who have no idea how to properly use their equipment!
@newslavecity83112 жыл бұрын
i have a 2305 and have abused it more than this lol. dont listen to the hurtful comments, u got a new tractor and u simply were testing its limits. no damage was done lol takes alot more to damage these things.

Thanks for you encouraging words. I actually have this tractor about 15 years now. I really have learned to respect what a heavy machine operator needs to know and their skills. It's not easy working that front loader and other equipment. Especially when you don't do it every day. Thanks again for your interest and words.

Hey Tony, Let me help you with your last sentence- The machine is too small and the stump is too big. Got it? Thanks.

Thanks for the comments Dustin. I also love this machine. I just bought a front single stage snow thrower for it and it worked great in 31" of snow. See my video 2574Ralph. I have the belly mower too. By the way the tractor starts in sub zero weather with no problem. However, I just started using a block warmer and boy what a difference that made. I totally agree with ALL your remarks. Thanks for the feedback.

Good GOD I hope he learned how to use the tractor!!! That was SAD! $30,000. 00 tractor and a 10c stump. stump almost won! pitiful operator. I just purchased a 1026R John Deere and a backhoe and I was just as pitiful. Good luck. Its FUN you will get it without OLA!

Abuse of a machine to take a run at a stump. One running the tractor giving the camera operator directions and the camera operator giving the tractor driver instructions. Fortunate it is a Deere and will likely survive. The operator doesn't have a clue.
@ronniegrey413911 жыл бұрын
yeah...uh..put that big ass pry-bar under the stump and use the bucket to pick up on it. common now..

Hello, I have the same tractor with ag tires, This is a small machine, but it is a very capable machine none the less. I've never felt the need for a bigger machine. I towed my audi a6 4000 + lbs uphill with zero problems or stain of any kind. Pulled trees out of the forest, cut first of course, and long list of how capable this machine is. So for you arrogant people this can take a lawn mower attachment as can much larger machines as well under the belly. Great tractor. I have a 54" snow blower on the back and cuts through snow like a hot knife through butter. I power my 10kw generator off the pto. Like to see a lawn tractor do any of that stuff and do it effortlessly.

how not to use a front end loader... or tractor for that matter...
@2574Ralph11 жыл бұрын
Hey, what do you mean you won't buy it from me. I simonize it right after every use. OK, I won't use it for stumps anymore. I scratched a lot of the paint. I see what you mean.

Geeezzzz, those are very hurtful comments chad. What's with all the anger? After all it's only a freakin' tractor. At least I would hope you liked my haircut and mid ankle waterproof boots. Also, That's a brand new T shirt I put on just for the video. Too bad we're not neighbors, I could help you dig and stuff. Keep checking for my new video coming soon "John Deere Tractor vs Marigold Patch"

This is exactly why I won't buy a used machine like this... never know how someone has treated a piece of equipment. A loader is not designed to slam into a stump... buy a backhoe!

this might be how you learn, but nobody says you have to post it on your tube!!! your just asking for trouble when you post a video of yourself doing something stupid or being stupid!(unless you actually are trying for that) none of us are perfect its true, but who likes putting their mistakes on youtube for the whole world to see? not me!! and free speech means I can say whatever I want!! if you dont like it. dont read them and shut your mouth!

You call that a stump? You call that a tractor? This may be the saddest thing I have ever seen.....lol....I love when the back wheels come off the ground...lol... Thanks for the laugh. But in all seriousness, you're probably not bad guys, delete this vid, never mention it again, and move on with your lives.
