Hi Al, Nice restoration! You sure did take your time and do it right. It turned out very nice. Did you have much trouble with the transmission/rear end? Thanks, Bill

Thanks, the trans and rear was not much trouble. injector pump, clutch settings and hydraulic outputs were some of the problems as i didnt have the tools to repair them myself.

Just wondering how much does it cost to do a full on restore like this?

JD is among best tractors but spare parts are overpriced here in Europe. Such tractor here is not worth more than 5-6k €

Every machine is different, but this one had lots of problems the further I got into it. I had about 10 to 12 months work and around 22k in parts.

have a 4440 jd in rough condition there's a hole in the floor where the door is 😂
