John Deere 445 Update, Start & Drive

7 жыл бұрынOne of the last videos that I uploaded in the fall of 2016 had to do with this John Deere 445 that I bought from a driving range for $1000 CAD. This is an update as I resurrect and refresh the tractor from it's 2500 hour hard-knock life. The more I learn about this tractor and the more I use it, the more I fall in love with it. Owning a 425 and seeing the side by side advantages in fuel economy and power just makes it that much easier to use. It's amazing how well this thing has held up through all of the use.. you'd barely even know!

Power steering pump? You mean the orbital valve (steering column)?

those engines are almost bullet proof if they have the metal cam gear.

so the only difference between the 425 engine and the 445 engine is fuel injection correct?

425 has power steering. John is correct about engine differences. 445's also had larger tires aside from the 1993 (first-year) models.

Yes, that is correct! The basic block is the same.
