My uncle and grandfather bought a 5020 with a 903 Cummins around 20 years ago it's still on the farm

Probably a Cummins Midwest conversion- company no longer exists. Kinze never put a 903 in a 5020. I remember seeing an ad for the V903 repower in a farm magazine.

Know where there are two of these. Factory Cummins kits installed by local dealer. Stored indoors.

What have you done to your 903 Cummins to get 450-600 hp? I worked on lots of 903 Cummins at a Versatile tractor dealership and they were from 280-320 hp max!

903 stood for 903 cubic inches had serveral in trucks had anywhere from 285 hp to 600 HP you could run them from 2200rpm to 3200 RPM the only problem with these engines was the high RPM you had to adjust the valves every 75000 miles

903's in over the road trucks were known for noise but not for hp.

Its kinda cool , but would not a johndeere 619 engine be a direct bolt in , 300 hp which is more than necessary
