John Deere CP770 and CP690 Picking South Georgia Cotton! SCOTT FARMS 2021 COTTON HARVEST DAY 3 PT4

2 жыл бұрынIn this video we catch Scott Farms out picking a field of cotton is the South Georgia community of Faceville. They are using a brand new 2021 John Deere CP770 and a CP690 six row, round module, cotton pickers to pick this nice field of cotton. This is picker number 13 off the line for the CP770. I am hoping it is lucky number 13 for their sakes. I have many videos of these pickers picking this field as it is the only cotton harvest video I got to film in 2021.

After the picker runs through the field, do you know what percentage of crop is left on the stalks?

Usually not very much. It looks worse than it actually is because cotton is so visible. And one boll of cotton can catch on a stem and string out all over the place.
