In this episode we sit down with our Loxahatchee Dealership Manager Chad Freeman. Chad has been with everglades for over 17 years and now runs one of the largest John Deere dealerships in South Florida.
His story begins as a yard guy in the dealership. As time went on his get it done attitude helped him grow to now running the dealership. Chad is a vital part of the everglades team and he sits down with Mike and Bo to go over what it takes to run a dealership, what it's like growing a customer book and what it takes to grow from the very bottom to the top of a company.
