John Deere customer service told me the z320R does NOT come with a hitch, I had to buy one myself.

I was told the exact same thing by the dealer when I picked mine up last week. All the literature on line said 320R comes with a hitch as standard equipment.

I work at a dealership and the R models absolutely do come with a hitch. It's not installed at the factory but it comes shipped in the bag with the owners manual and gets installed during dealer prep. Either the factory forgot to ship one with your machine or the tech who PDI'd the unit forgot to put it on.
