John Digby is a fantastic collage artist. I would love to see more of his work. If anyone knows of a link to share with me that shows more , please do so. Thanks. Mr Digby, you’re a powerful and true collage artist.

I like this story so much more than the one with the "pushy" interviewer.

Love his work. Would also like to hear his voice and without the impatient and pushy interviewer. It would be nice to learn from his experience. Wonderful artist.

This is my first time seeing/hearing of this amazing artist and I’m instantly obsessed. Also the amazing music with the moon collages.. getting a very Georges Melies vibe and I love it!

I couldn't watch all of this: too long & I'm too tired. I wouldn't even be able to cut out a good circle! It says 'archival' paste but are the pages originals from books or photocopies? I don't think either of these are 'acid free/are & 'archival' = or are they?! In the old days nobody thought or cared about 'archival' & some great art takes lots of restoration. Clever & dextrous man.

I hope you came back to watch it till the end when you felt rested enough. Just under 13 minutes. He really is amazing isn't he?

@@Decopainterandtea Sorry, my life's too short (& I'm getting old) & I have to choose what I can do/watch (I've got a brain injury & in constant pain, & buying, preparing, cooking, chewing & swallowing my food is very hard work plus all the other daily tasks = overload) = try to decide my priorities, & this isn't one of them, no offence to you or him.

@@jennyhughes4474 Oh that's ok!! I was trying to be encouraging that's all. 🥰

@@Decopainterandtea Thanks. Yes, I know it's OK: I stopped watching it for a very good reason, (& got cross with the silly SOMETIMES 'acid-free/archival' stuff). But thanks for trying to encourage me.

Watch the other video they have with him, he explains that he makes copies on acid free paper and he even creates his own collage papers like these used for the moon series.
