Wow, Austin Prock's achievement in the Funny Car category is absolutely thrilling! Funny Car racing is such a high-octane, adrenaline-fueled sport, and winning a major prize like $250,000 is a testament to the skill and dedication required in this field. The speed, the precision, and the sheer excitement of these races make them so captivating. Congratulations to Austin Prock on this incredible win! 🏎💨🏁🎉

Going by the ProStock video, the car that blew up and stayed in the groove in the right lane had an influence on the passes of the faster classes. That drivers not going to be popular,.... 😂 Great coverage Les, watching from Melbourne, Australia.

Agreed, its got to be maddening to know you have to go down a lane that's almost guaranteed to make you go up in smoke or worse.

Good Job Prock you won Money in the Bank and leave West Palm with the briefcase. I remember when Brittany made her first run here she also left with the briefcase after beating her dad in the dragster.

After watching all weekend, the track was finnicky during the day, but at night it both lanes were great. I'm a bit surprised because Kurt Jonhson does a great job at track prep but each track has its own personality.

I've been watching alot of different videos of the Bradenton race and I haven't seen Robert Heights....is he even at the show(down) ?

Ill be glad when quarter mile racing returns for fuel cars, so records can be broken. I really would love to see rocket cars make a return. 400 mph passes in the quarter. Some folks aren't even aware of such a thing

1/4 mile for nitro cars isn’t ever coming back
@JoeStill-un9gp6 ай бұрын
@@cubicinches100 why not, make the tracks safer. Records are meant to be broken. Rocket cars made 400 mph passes back in the day, with ancient safety equipment compared to today's.

It’s not so much the top speed they achieve. Contrary to popular belief, a nitro car wouldn’t go a whole lot faster in 1320’ vs. 1000’. 1000’ feet allows for a longer shutdown area.

NHRA Went from builder/junk yard racing to Checkbook racing to sponcership racing to MAJOR CORPOŔTION SPONCERD racing just make racing impossible for us nobodys. No way was NHRA gonna allow some garage or fab shop owner show up in his home built primer gray no sponser Funny Car and beat John Force. Same went for Pro Stock racers and NHRA's golden boy Bob Glidden. Even John Force's daughter grew up to be a NHRA 'STAR'. NHRA became a special club and you snd I ain't invited, the high cost was a guartentee that only 'racing royalty' would be on the stage. I sold out and turned my back on NHRA 25 years ago. Who cares just who's 4 million dollar car wins anymore. All we got was some small town track and bunk 'bracket' class racing, = go to fast and you lose....WTF!
